She's worked with home buyers and sellers on transactions from $100,000 to $2,000,000 in all areas of Southeastern Wisconsin and has sat in the management chair so her experience is second to none in the Wisconsin real estate market.

Christoper Neville – Founder and Managing Partner
Mr. Neville is a lifelong Milwaukee area resident and the real estate industry has always been a large part of the Neville family. Mr. Neville brings a great deal of real world residential real estate and property management experience to the organization. The Neville family has a long history of being involved for over four decades in the Wisconsin real estate market.
Mr. Neville started his real estate career in the early 1990’s with the Alden Group, a private equity firm specializing in commercial real estate acquisition and redevelopment.
Mr. Neville is a key visionary for Homegate Direct Realty by creating the Fee For Service business model where our clients can receive any and all services a full service broker would provide, but at just a fraction of the cost to the consumer. This visionary model is saving home sellers tens of thousands of dollars in home equity.
Mr. Neville holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Vertz is one of the nation’s renowned experts in customer relationship management and customer service leadership strategies and has helped many companies around the country maximize the right policies and principals to greatly improve their client relationships. As a life long Wisconsin resident, Mr. Vertz has been heavily involved in Milwaukee area business and community affairs for decades. The Vertz family also founded Shoot the Moon Photography, STMcreative, Vertz Marketing, ProPhotoApps.com, and HGD Commercial Real Estate with locations in Milwaukee, Mequon and Delafield.
Mr. Vertz holds a BA in Sociology and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
